We all feel happy when we lose some pounds in our body and our effort contributes to weight loss will have self-appreciation if not from others.
We all should observe that when we are losing this fat where this fat is going. Is it evaporating? Is it going out through urine? or through sweat.? The third possibility gets only 17% that is to say only 17 percent of the fat goes in the form of sweating. But what about the remaining.
The answer will be tricky. It goes as Carbon Dioxide on exhale. But for that what is needed is exercise. The turns into carbon dioxide and then goes out when we exercise.
So exercise is very important in life. Added to this limited food intake, low calorie foods, fat-free food will help a long way in the above process.

Shedding off extra unwanted fat instead of just losing pounds and doing it healthily should be the main focus. Because when some one who exercises and build their physique properly will still go up in terms of weight due to muscles development. Yet the person will look better as he or she will look fitter & more toned compared to a person who has lost weight but those places where the fats were look flabby
