This coming November, I will apply for a US visa so that I can start my internship abroad. It's my first time to be interviewed by the consul so I don't really have any idea on what to do nor what to say. Can you share your thoughts with regards to your experience in acquiring a US visa? Thank you.

When the consul talks to you, just relax. Don't show to them that you're nervous... Lately my aunt just applied US Visa together with her family. She told me that there is a Lady Consul is strict.Hehehe! Good Luck! Enjoy your trip!
