Dalia is well-known food tool in Northern India. There in North India people consider it as a good option for weight loss. This also known by the name Bulgar what or Broken what. Actually, this is a wheat product. The beauty of Dalia lies in burning the fats rapidly and in supplying the energy quickly after work out. This is a low-calorie food. Some of the benefits of Dalia are; They are rich in fiber content keeps one fuller for a longer time It is having low calories Due to the presence of Glycemic Acid, they are valuable food for weight loss. The amount of energy provided will be sufficient for exercise. This is good for constipation also. I am considering to go for this food. But by friends say that it is not advisable for me as I am not overweight. The doctor also advised me that there is no need for me to switch to this food.
