Black pepper is a spicy fruit available throughout the year. It is grown mostly in Kerala the Souther state of India. This is having antibacterial properties. Hence used to preserve food and this is rich in Manganese, Potassium, VitaminC, and VitaminK. About 4% of urine consists of fats. we can remove excess water, urea, fats, and uric acid by using pepper. The black pepper increases the secretion of Hydrochloric Acid in the stomach and thereby facilitate indigestion. It removes gas safely from the downward direction. Weight loss: The upper layer of the pepper effected breaks down the fats from the body and thus contributes to weight loss. Skin: when the skin loses pigmentation in certain parts of the skin then using pepper will help production of pigmentation and here the piperine effectively stimulates the skin to produce pigmentation Caugh: Pepper is added in Ayurvedic products for cough and cold. It breaks down the phlegm and mucus deposits in the respiratory tract and eliminates them from the body. The free radicals in the body mutate and cause cancer.Black pepper is an antioxidant and hence neutralizes this effect and protect the body . It also honestly useful in cutting the ageing and other associated problems like dementia, muscular degeneration and memory loss The other health benefits include are relief from Pyorrhea, cough, cognitive malfunction, peptic ulcers,hernia., dental problems and other vision problems. The high concentration of pepper should be avoided by patients who had undergone abdominal surgery. as it will have an irritating effect on the intestines.

Sometimes I add pepper on our foods but nobody eats it..
