Yes, this is Diabetes I am talking about. This is a chronic and really a fatal disease.People often confused to know its existence and appear again after a gap of the recluse. They see some people taking insulin every day and some people approaching a doctor and taking treatment continuously who prescribes some tablets and expects the patient to take as long as he lives.
Diabetes is a chronic disease. Sometimes, if proper care is not taken proves fatal. The energy required by the body makes available from the blood cell . They take absorb sugar and derive their energy from sugar in the presence of Insulin. So insulin is highly required. In other sense body needs Insulin to use sugar as the energy source.
The Insulin hormone is released into the digestive by Pancreas glands which are right back the stomach. There are two types of Diabetes. Diabetes-Type1 and Diabetes Type-2.
Diabetes Type-1: is generally found 5-10 among 100. Here the Immune system destroys the cells that release Insulin. Thus there will be no production of Insulin.
Diabetes Type2: : is occurring in 90-95 % of the people. Here the body will be unable to utilize the Insulin released. This is called Insulin resistance.
As a result of this, the sugar builds up in the blood instead of it being used up as the source of energy. Depending on the sugar level this can be managed through physical activity and meal planning.

I have met people with it and it does not sound like fun at all to deal with insulin shots.
