We treaded upon a snake

Yesterday my friend came and we desired to have a long walk as the weather was quite nice. We both started at 6 pm. The wind was very cool and there was a university. Students were playing and some were busy with their evening exercises. Slowly we reached to Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages. It was my Institute. I had learnt Spanish here. The discussion took many varied topics on.. My friend worked as Chemistry Professor in the University. Now he attends there to give some guest lectures. We had a nice tea in the nearby hut restaurant. It was actually not a restaurant. Some poor person is running a small hotel in his hut. It is really a nice hotel iand good experience to taste the village life. We started from the hut restaurant after a nice tea. While returning home my friend suddenly jumped to the other side of the road and while doing so pulled me aside with a shout...'no...it is a snake'. I trembled a lot. I had a light shock. I observed it closely. Yes . There was one. A 4 feet long one. Black Cobra it seems was waiting for somebody raising her head. My friend was annoyed very much. He slowly went near the snake and started praying something. He prayed the snake to leave and to excuse us if there is anything wrong on our part. I was just watching him. After 2 minutes the snake moved from the place and disappeared into the nearby bushes. Are you afraid of snakes?
