I work at a mall and I love the employee benefits. I can get discounts ranging from 25%-40% off. What I like least is that the insurance plan is a bit too expensive. Please share what you like best and least about your Job

@Hatley wow 23 yrs that pretty long. I can't even stay in a job for 2 yrs. I'm always changing jobs because I always find better ones. The library lady? Lol that's rude. I'd ask you for your name if I saw you all the time at the workplace. I don't know only kids call people by their job description but that is funny that they would call you the library lady

That's wonderful that you loved your job, not too many people enjoy what they do.

I like my online teaching because they pay more than regular jobs in my country. However, I dislike the admin part of the company.

When I was working, I was self-employed as an independent contractor selling jewelry for a Direct Selling Company. What I liked the most was all the FREE all-expense paid trips I earned, along with a very nice paycheck. What I didn't like were the deadlines each month on the amount of sales needed. I also did not like cranky customers that could never be satisfied. Thank goodness those were few and far between.

I love self employed jobs they are the best because you're your own boss. I hate how my boss treats me and makes me work other people's shifts when they are not here. I just want to go home sometimes but he takes advantage of me and makes me work because he knows I'm a very kind person. He will never ask the other employees to work other shifts. Yeah customers can be cranky. I forgot to mention the customers being what I like least about my job because they can be so disrespectful especially when we don't Give them refunds. Some complain we should change the policy to accepting refunds. We have a 7 day return and exchange policy.

@Judy890 I know what you mean. Customers can be very disrespectful. I had one customer call the company and complain about me and someone in customer service told them that MY honesty and integrity was impeccable. That person told the customer that I handled her situation perfectly and according to company policy. My record with the company at that point in time was well established and the gal in customer service knew me well. I never heard from that customer again.

I like my job as a substitute techer as it pays qjite well, I enjoy the students, and I have some flexibility when I work. I don't like that I don't get enough days subbing. I like my work as a mystery shopper as it is completely up to me which jobs I do. Some of them are quite enjoyable. Finding enough work in one area can be tedious, but overall I enjoy it.
