Leticia has some friends in the country and they hunt birds and hares. Not the kind of meat we have in the city.
Leticia´s children don´t like that so today she brought a ducking and we went to the super to buy a pineapple to cook it with pineapple and orange.
It´s going to be a lot more difficult thatn the usual disshes we cook everyday. But it will be a treat for both of us.
I´ll tell you how it went as soon as we eat it.

Leticia, what a pretty name. I don't think I've ever tasted duck. Hope it goes well

I'm interested in seeing how it turned out for you! If it's a wild duck, it's likely to be all dark meat (they get a lot of exercise). I like the idea of cooking it with pineapple.

Hello again
Does the duckling still have its head on and all its frsthers.?
How big is it?
Easy enough to cook though and very tasty.
How are you going to cook it?
