I have no idea who said those, but my favorite is "Frankly, my dear..." from my all-time favorite movie, Gone with the Wind.

2 is by Humprey Bogart as Rick Blaine in Casa Blanca.
3 is from by James Stewart as Wiley Burp in Fievel Goes West.
4 is by Christopher Loyd as Doc Brown in Back to the Future Part 111.
5 is by Frank Baum as the Scarecrow in The Wizard of Oz.
