Who Is Donald Turnupseed?

When I first heard this name, I thought it was a joke and then I found out exactly who it was or is. I’m not sure if he’s still around or not.
I came across this news clip about James Dean and how he died in a car crash. The person who supposedly pulled out in front of him and caused him to crash was none other than Donald Turnupseed.
At first, it was said that James Dean was speeding, but it was later proven that he was NOT speeding, but that this Turnupseed made a left turn right in front of James Dean, causing him to crash.
All these years, I was not aware of these facts.

Yes, I had never heard this name before that I remember. But, I certainly remember when the actor, James Dean, was killed in a car crash. You would have thought that I would have remembered such an unusual name.
