Husband has to find new job

So my husbands job told the employees that they now have to find a new job very soon because by the end of the year his part of the ginseng/dirt compost is shutting down. He has a partially disabled left arm and SSI will deny him because he has been working since with his arm the way it is. He gets $9 an hour now so hopefully he can find something else and very soon otherwise we are screwed and don't want to rely on unemployment if we don't have to. Things keep going up and down...prayers please and thank you!

Theresan old saying into all lives a little rain must fall but sarn you guys ar e getting too
much rain I send prayers he can find a jot amd a better paying job so you will not get to
deep in a mess surelyh its time youj folks had some sun in your lives lol

It was nice to get such an advance warning. My husband and I have worked for companies and have gotten little to no notice with changes in our jobs. My husband once left for work to get a call in the middle of the day stating that this would be the last day that a new company would be coming in on Monday. We don't know if they are going to hire all of the drivers currently employed. That was a long day.
I hope it works out for him, with the advance notice to find something else.

I wish him the best! I was also laid off from my casino job 3 years ago . . . Yeah, I had EI benefits but not enough to pay the bills and mortgage . . . So, I had to find a part-time job and got one at large Canadian grocery store.
