What are you having for lunch?

Here in my region is almost time for lunch, I usually do not eat too much, so a light dish of something will satisfy my apettite.
A light hot soup with chicken meat and potatoes will be digested and stored in my system for until I get home tonight.
What are you having for lunch?

I am planning to have carnitas today. I learned the recipe from Youtube and I have all of the ingridients available.

That is very substancial. Carnitas can be combined with lots of other foods.

@quantum2020 yeah from tortillas to rice. Thats why I like it, I can pair it with anything.

That is good. It will calm the hunger. I ate a while ago and I´m feeling ok too.
