Lentils are a very tasty staple food. They are very easy to cook and rich in taste. They will be cranky and can be chosen for any item in the breakfast, lunch and the Dinner. They got low calorific value and rich in nutrition value. The health benefits of Lentils lies in the following;
They reduce the cholesterol in the body. They are rich in fibre. Lowering the cholesterol means safe from heart diseases.
They are rich in magnesium. Magnesium helps and improves the blood flow. Low level of Magnesium contributed to the Heart diseases in many cases as per the study reports.

Helps in weight loss
A good provider of Proteins

We really enjoy lentils and find lentils are great to add to soups and other dishes or enjoy alone.
