My Photography - Red Mushrooms / myLot

This is just a picture of some mushrooms that were on the hike. These are the only red ones we saw that day, but there were tons of them all over this hiking trail. I also took some photos of some orange ones, yellow ones, brown ones, and a greenish/blue one. These were the cutest ones though.

@CaseyRoss9966 are these mushrooms edible, if yes any health benefits of consuming them. By the way , the picture is beautiful.

I don't know if they are edible. I don't know what kind they are other then they are red. My friend Brooke took a nature hike that taught them things like this about what was edible and what wasn't in case you ever got lost in the woods. She wasn't with us the day we went to this trial, but she probably knows if they are edible or not.

It is a mushroom from the russula family : some are edible, some are toxic. The more toxic in the family is red, and I would not eat a red russula. Anyways, good picture
