I am working on my debut novel and right now I have a lot of ideas, but I want to know if any of you have read or like reading Novels that are in a form of a Diary? I was going to do a Chapter and in every Chapter have like six entries or do months and for all twelve months have about six to ten entries. I am working on this story about a girl that has lived through the end of the world and she is now on her own and looking for survivors. She is about twelve years of age and she retained all the skills that her father has taught her. One thing is weighing on her and that is if her father is still alive. She is going to go through this alone for the most part and you will know everything that is going on because it will be written from her point of view. Later she will meet someone else that is wondering if his mother is still alive. They will become friends and journey through this now messed up world. I don't know if I am adding zombies or anything like that, though. I may keep it a little reality and add bad groups and some gangs but I may keep the zombie thing out. What do you all think? I am going to give you all a snippet when I am done with it. I would love to know what some opinions are here on the internet. I have a wattpad and you can go there and read two of my books that I have written. One of them is a book full of short stories that I am still working on. This Novel will be on wattpad after I self-publish it on Lulu and Amazon. Please let me know and keep look out for a sample so you can see what I am working on. Thank you

Yeah, me too I am not Ann Frank so mine won't be non-fiction. There are a lot of those too though, I was on Amazon and there are so many Ann Frank books. Which one is better?

@Keyia120 depends upon the manuscript and title that the book carries. Well all the very best for your work.

I like the idea of reading a story in the form of diary entries. Story sounds interesting too. Will keep a lookout for the snippet.
