Is there any problem, if you post our daily earnings here to inspire our new members. I think it is the best way to support our new members to interact much with other mylot members. I request suggestions from all of our mylot family please.

Many people are not interested in it...in fact, it was proposed by Admin that we could have our earnings shown on our profiles here, and the majority of the members vetoed the idea. But I agree, it could make other's see the earning potential.

Yes. Even it can resist false comments. such as they are earning more than 100 dollars.. etc.. etc. Because with comments like this, new members may be discouraged as they cant see their earnings that much.

@Ranuka What I liked about it being on our profiles was that it couldn't be faked...it would show the totals as per how myLot gave them to us. I still don't understand why so many were opposed to it, since it was something we could have on our profile if we wanted to display it, not something being forced on everyone to do.

@JolietJake One of our senior members views about this .. this site will be commercialized if we show that with our profile. But frankly .. new members come here to earn some pocket money . so there is nothing to hide in it. It is my personal feeling.. If they want only interaction with members from all over the world. they will go to facebook or twitter. What you feel?

First off let me give some facts. There is no rule against posting earnings. Many members don't like the idea of posting earnings. Many members do actually post how much they earned in one day for example. There was one post about earnings that got over 100 comments. I would say it depends on how the topic is started. Good posts generate discussion.

@Ranuka You have received some really good comments on this post. I should be so fortunate. I especially liked @owlwings explanation and viewpoint. There are so many posts that aren't very legal and they are removed because of it. I remember making one post that was encouraging. I thought I wrote it as an encouragement to others to post and their comments did likewise for me. It was more as I recall from memory a can I make it to payout post and not just around how much money I made here. It's great to get views and might I point out your views are important as well. Sometimes newer members can refresh and provide a slightly different view.

Many posts about earnings have little or no 'discussion value' to them. They are either classified as 'milestone' posts ("I made my first dollar!" or "I made 50 cents today!") or as 'poll type' questions ("What's the most you have earned in a day/week/month?") and, as such, are liable to be removed (though not all are). Actually, the best way of encouraging new members to interact and receive interaction would probably be to help educate them in thinking of MyLot as a discussion site rather than as a means of earning. The more that one concentrates on discussion and interacting with others and forgets the earning bit, the more successful one is actually likely to be. Something else to bear in mind is that what you may earn has no real relevance to anyone else, so there is very little point in posting it, either as an 'inspiration' or anything else because everyone is different. Some time ago, the owner of the site proposed that everyone's earnings should be publicly displayed on their profiles (with the individual choice, of course, of not doing so). The overall feeling of the members at the time was that it would be a bad idea and that it would encourage people to think of the site merely as an 'earning opportunity' and would have a negative effect on the quality of the site as a discussion forum.

While that is correct to a great extent, still, we do have many members here that would not be here if they didn't earn. I see it mentioned when the subject comes up occasionally. While showing earnings on our profiles could theoretically cause people to flock here to earn, the fact is, that is why almost everyone comes here in the first place...discussing things only takes precedence for most after they have been here for a bit. I am of the (small) group that thinks if people saw on a profile what some members earn (which must be a point of interest, since so many ask about it) they would likely ask that member how they earn that good...which when explained to them could cause them to become more active users. But that is only my position on the subject, of course.

No one will stop you. You can post your earnings here.. But other than posting daily earnings...., if you could do something different it will be more inspiring. Like.... "I posted this much of discussions and I got average this much responds... I interracted with avarage this much of posts of others.. I spent this much hours in my lot and finally I could earn this much per day...." Then the newbies will understand how this works. This is just an idea of me. May be its not possible to keep a count of all these things.
