I am an Indian and have spent my entire life here. This is a land of vibrant culture , colors, festivals ,religions, languages and abundant nature. But above all, it also a place of extreme contradictions in the thinking of people and the societal setup. When you think of India, what comes to your mind? Let me know.

I think that I would like to have s long holiday in India so I could see what India is really like with my own eyes. Its a vast country which I imagine varies greatly from region to region There are lots of things I would like to see in India. That's why I would need a long holiday to do it. From the Punjab to Goa. I would like to see everything

The first thing I think is of the exotic food (I love curry), and fabrics, fashions. Funny, I don't really have an impression of what the country side looks like, and I have heard that there is a big social gap - poverty or wealth - with few falling in the middle - but, I don't know if that's true or not.
