Part 1 Somebody wrote a poem about rain

...so I guess it gave me a kickstart for my long hibernating creative juices for poetry to start flowing but since the mind is shutting down and I need to go to sleep...here's just a draft 1st portion of it: Flashes of lightning, clamouring of thunder, Roaring & rolling across the night sky, Like sporadic spasms, of that of birthpangs Like that of an expectant mother, waiting for the bursting of her water bag.... How much longer shall one tary? Which is more unberable....the long and tedious wait for the end of drought, or the abrupt joy that will hence come forth ( to be continued )
