I've never heard of butter nut squash. What is the difference from regular squash?

It is juas noghter type of squash like spagetti squash. It is a light organe color on the outside and dark orange on the inside. Looks and tastes similar to sweet potato.

sounds good, add fresh garlic, onions, with light butter, and make it Au Dente, stop cooking just b4 it gets soft-too soft.
