Cone Girl and Working Stat Holidays

So, Ari is being good and keeping her cone on. The picture here is of her eating while wearing her cone. LoL.
Today is a holiday in Canada, as it is our Thanksgiving. However I still have to work and my company doesn't even have the decency to give me a full 8 hours. Because they are paying us time and a half due to the holiday, they are being cheap and giving me a 5 hour shift. How annoying!!

There are many jobs that need to be done, whether it is a stat holiday or not. You at least get paid extra and have your day shortened so you can spend time with your family. Some jobs are the same 365 days of the year...there are no holidays for some occupations.
