Fitness Journal 10/10

I weighed myself last night and I am down to 211 pounds! I am so happy to see that because I hadn't been working out or very strict on my diet for the past couple of weeks due to my lady problems being so painful and severe. Now that it is over with and done I can do much more. I have continued to stay as active as possible by cleaning, taking my son outside more, and we definitely got active during that trip to the pumpkin patch and farm. Lots of walking up and down hills and walking in general. I have tried not to over eat and to be sure to grab lots of vegetable to help fill me up instead of other worse options. I have hiccupped a bit in my eating, but obviously not enough to mess up my progress too bad. I am sure if I had kept working out through the pain and stricter on my diet that I would weigh even less, maybe 205 by now. I am still proud regardless. Now that it is getting chillier out I wouldn't mind going on longer walks again. For breakfast I had black cherry 0% fat Greek yogurt and a banana because I was in a rush. I wrote about my lunch which I don't think was bad, and I have had at least 3 cups of water so far today. I am definitely trying to drink lots of water. I also take the stair instead of the elevator when going to classes and always walk the longer way. Have you weighed yourself lately? Have you lost any weight or seen any change when you did? What small changes do you make to be more active, like me taking the stairs?

Congratulation first !! And i did not weight any more and walk everyday...that takes you more healthy
