Adam Schefter reports the news Denver Broncos head coach Gary Kubiak was admitted to a Denver hospital after the Broncoa 23-16 loss to the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday. Kubiak was diagnosed with a migraine condition that will prevent him from coaching the defending Super Bowl champions on Thursday. Joe DeCamillas will be the interim head coach of the Broncos on Thursday evening when the San Diego Chargers will be hosting their American Football Conference West Division rival. DeCamillas is the special team coach of the Broncos. Kubiak suffered a mini stroke in 2013 when he was the head coach of the Houston Texans. It is not clear if the migraine is related to their mini stroke Kubiak suffered almost three years ago. Kubiak was released from the hospital on Monday afternoon and he admitted that he was feeling better but the Broncos do not want to press their luck with the health scare of their second year head coach by having him work on Thursday.

I never heard of a loss sending a coach to the hospital.
