What´s a call center!

I have never worked in call centers. I don't really know what they are about. The only thing I know is that one uses the phone to call clients.
I'm not really sure if one has to sell something or only attend clients.

I haven't worked in a call center but my daughter has worked in several. Some of them you have to call people and make sales and other of them you takes calls. It could be taking orders, handling customer complaints, etx. It depends on the type of call center you are in.

@Ghostdmo she worked for a few catalogue company taking orders and she handled customer complaints at an other. The pay was good but it was very stressful

A call centre is either taking or making calls for a company.
You are either in bound, which means you take calls for customer service or billing for a company.
Or you are out bound, in which case, you call out to make sales and follow up calls.
When people call a large company, in most cases, they are calling into a call centre where workers are contracted to represent the large company, and aren't actually at the large company.

Call center is a place were people get to call to complain about their services or products, now that's an inbound type. THe outbound type is the one who calls the household and sell things, services or allow an inspection.

they will all do the work of attending the official correspondence relating to information and transactions of the company. They should be responding to the calls from other clients and assisting them whom and when to contact and whom for relating to the request of a client. They also receive calls from abraod and note tdown the things and pass it on to the concerned for onward activities.
