I almost stepped on it

While I was surfing to some photos I had a week ago, I forgot to post this one And this was one night I was checking on my okra. I accidentally looked down and saw this snail slowly walking through, First time I've seen this one so huge. After a couple of cam shots, I decided to leave it alone and hopes it would reach it's destination. Were ever it is

There are people in other countries who eat snails. It is said to be very high in protein while being low in carbohydrates. Snails favorite food are decaying plants and animal matter. Snails help in fertilizing plants.
