During the National Holiday, we spent a few days in my husband's hometown. My husband likes the rice noodles in his hometown. So every morning we went out to have it. The rice noodle restaurant is small but it was so crowded. I couldn't believe that we waited for nearly an hour for it. Yes, it tasted well. But if I have a choice, I would not spend such a long time waiting for it. I prefer to eat something else.

If it's a favorite, one will do ANYTHING to have it . . . even to wait an hour!! When I was a child, there was a certain Japanese noodle place in downtown . . . my family went there every time we went in that area of downtown - the waiting time to sit was irrelevant. I HAD to have those noodles. The restaurant is long gone now - but if it ever came to life again, I would certainly wait my turn to be able to eat that precious dish!!!!!

You have a good patience I just don't understand what that Japanese noodle restaurant was gone as you said it had so many customers everyday.

@youless Well, as it could happen to any business, that Japanese noodle restaurant went out of business. At the time, yes, there were many customers, but when we went it was maybe only once a month, if that. Many small businesses have gone out of business throughout the years.

I love rice noodles and the entree you got looks delicious but for a hour wait - it is very long but probably because it was a national holiday.
