Skin is crawling,
Got to get away,
But where, where
I say.
Panic attack,
Comes on quickly.
Makes you look
Pale and sickly.
Your breath is strained.
Your heart is on fire.
You're wide awake.
You cannot tire.
Open the door,
Take a deep breath.
Relax, relax,
Don't think of death.
Panic attack,
A horrible feeling.
Recognize it,
Confront it,
Know what you're dealing.
Tomorrow, no panic,
No shaky emotions.
Just calm and steady
Like a quiet ocean.
