I don't know about that, not ethically right specially if the boss is Male? I would just keep my dignity while I walk away from work for good!
But not these people, I'm sure they don't like what their Boss is doing. Looks like it's dignity down the toilet for a while in order to survive a job on a daily basis.
Unless it's just a stupid prank, there's going to be a huge number of sexual harassment case against that Boss of theirs.
It's just nothing more than violation of human rights of these women.

It would be pretty hard for me to kiss my boss, because i am the boss. My cat can give me a kiss and that would be fine for me.
