Yes indeed.
My wife and I had a journey on a bus into the city today seen as my old Kawasaki popped its clogs.
Not ideal as compared to the bike its slow.
All the windows steamed up so couldnt see out.
Seats to close together so felt a bit like a sardine in a can.
Every other passenger almost seemed to be yapping on a mobile phone and by the time our 15 minute 4 mile journey ended my head hurt.
I noticed the bus had WiFi but my New LG Xscreen stayed in my pocket.
The cost of tbe journey was £6. Thats for a return nourney for us both. I would get 15 x 4 mile journeys at least for that on the bike.
But hey. Got what we needed to vet fone and are now in MacDonalds having a coffee.
Its wasnt like " boarding a Greyhound in Pittsburgh."
I didnt look at tbe scenery- the windows were steamed up.

I take the city bus too and from work every day but it is not a bad experience for me. It can be crowded at times but for the most part it is pretty good. Your experience doesn't sound like much fun at all. Hope you are able to get your bike fixed soon.

It had to be done.
Need to get another bike quickly but I am basically broke.
What was it like?
Better than walking although we had a 10 minute walk to get to the bus stop.
