No, that's not his name. He resides in the corner window of one of Manitou's art studio's. According to his sign, he's "Van Goghing for all this art!" He's sporting a beard, as well as a head bandage with a bloody mess where his ear used to be. The only thing missing is a bottle of absinthe.
Downtown Manitou Springs merchants area participating in the Skeletun Craze, a contest in which they decorate and pose skeleton's. Voting is done by the public. This is one of the cooler ones I've seen.
