A Biblical Approach To Immigration

While listening to my favorite radio station, I heard an interesting lecture on a Biblical approach to Immigration. It is based on two principles. First, as Christians and citizens of the United States we should be kind to the immigrants both legal and illegal. Second, immigrants should obey American Laws and assimilate into the culture. Is this point of view consistent with the Bible? Is this the foundation for a successful approach to immigration? Source:
