Do anyone say NO at the altar, when all expect that he would say YES?

Do anyone actually wait so long to break the news that he does not want to marry anymore? The only situation where I can imagine that this would happen is when a partner discovers at the last moment that the other is a lying cheating good-for-nothing despicable person.

One must say no before the altar.

Yes, but there's always some people who leave it up to the last minute. And they don't care about the feelings of others.

@ourlot I agree with you because why would you want to tell them at the altar. I heard stories where people didn't show up at their wedding day.

@CoolPeace the only scenario I could think of is by discovering what a cheating unreliable person your partner is. Then you use the situation to strike back in front of everybody.
