I just wanted to let you know that if you ever have issues going to sleep simply read 1-2 pages of a book backward. Not each word backward I mean that if sentence says The cat ran from the dog all night long. You would read it long night all dog the from ran cat the. This will wear out your brain REAL quick. You just need to make sure that you are already in bed and lights out and read with flashlight or lamb on that can be turned off easily. As soon as you get tired simply turn off light and drift off to sleep. You could also read while on your side if your eyes allow you tl. I hope this helps.

This is a funny idea. I read a book forward until I fall asleep. :-)

It does not have to be book it can be anything really. Magizine, ebook, etc. It makes your brain work in way it is not used to and wears it out real fast. It is like doing a new exercise that uses muscles you usually do not and those get sore real quick. Except your brain gets tired.

That's a new one....will have to try it. The method I usually go for is to try deliberately to stay awake, then I fall asleep almost immediately.

Doing the backward reading uses your brain in way you usually do not. There for it tires you out.
