last night's dinner -- cubed pork and gravy

I bought some pork loin at Food Maxx yesterday and used part of one for last night's dinner. I was in a hurry, so I cubed it up, browned it in a Dutch oven, and tossed in a packet of gluten free brown gravy. some carrots, some celery, and some onion, stirred it all together, and put it all in the oven. I served it with rice and the last of the bagged salad. The liquid from the pork mixed together with the gravy mix and made a LOT of gravy, which the rice soaked up nicely.

It's pretty easy. The gravy mix took care of all of the seasoning too.
