! I have been talking about houses, apartments, prices and my needs for most of the day with a couple of people that want me to hurry up doing something that I want to do taking my time.
It seems that I can get a good used apartment in a very good neighborhood for a little over half of the price of my house.
And in a few weeks I will get one third of the selling price of my mother´s house.
I´ll see if Claudia can help me go to see some apartments in the neigborhoods I want. I just saw one online that is a few blocks away from my best friends´ apartment.
I would have to see how much would I have to spend painting and remodeling.
I think that this will keep me very much alive. I won´t need to go somewhere with a casino for some adrenaline shots

Those agents are in a hurry because of their comissions, you are doing the right thing taking your time and studying everything

Good luck at finding the apartment you want. You´ll learn a lot about houses buying one and checking the options

It´s just a way of saying. What I mean is that I´m learning a lot about buying and selling houses now that I want to sell mine and buy an apartment. Only a couple of weeks ago I knew nothing.
