I remember in the past the traffic police was quite common in the cross. But today I found that there are less traffic police. I think it is because many places installed the cameras and it can take photos automatically and nobody can avoid it. If you ignore the traffic light or speed, you are already recorded. The drivers seem to obey the rules much more because the proof is available from the camera.
