Can anybody tell me some real problems about what India is facing now ?

I have posted a few discussion about the situation of India before but looks like nobody wants to share the real problems of this country to me. When I asked about many women has been victim of terrible sexual crime in this country according to the international news ( we heard such news almost every month). Some people will respond like "it happen everywhere in this world". When I asked about questions such as : the poors and the environmental problems ,Class problem, water pollution and etc. Nobody can tell me more of the real picture and some people respond from this country seems like they just don't want to talk about this. If so, why bother to respond then ! I hope my discussion for this time will be better and would get some real picture of what kinds of problems that this country is facing about and any solution for those problems yet. Share with us ?

India is a democratic country as selected by the people of the people and for the people. We believe unity in diversity. It is true that crime against women comes to international attention after the Nirbhaya case. I think education and woman empowerment can change the situation. Poverty, terrorism, pure water, Woman Education are some serious problems. Religion is closely related to majority of the people. So any provocation is sentimental.

Thank you for all the great info. What about issues such as child bride under 14, human trafficking and relationship with Pakistan ? Can you say more about it ?

@wildlittlefan I think if the literacy rate is high there is less report of child labor and child bride. Social reformers and Education can able to change it gradually step by step. Govt had take many steps to educate them. In many cases trafficking is done by a criminal gang. As you know after Uri attacks relationship with Pakistan is not better now.
