Wrong Number of Followers?

I was going through my followers and following people back that followed me, but it says I'm only following 18 people and have 22 people following me...I don't see anyone else on the list that I'm not already following.
Is it normal for it to say you have more than you actually have?
I'm so confused!

Make a list of followers again. It can not be so.

Yep, it's normal, just look at the other discussion about it...

Alright, they said that they fixed it. I'm about to check.
It didn't bother me much, it just confused the daylights out of me.
