For the last four days. I have had this annoying but not painful little twitch going on in thr top of my left leg. No bruising. Nothing sensitive. Just this twitch. Any ideas?

I have lots of ideas, but none about what is causing the twitch.

Haha. Getting a bit miffed with it now. Wife took my pulse and told me my heart had slipped down to my leg. I wondered what could cause a pulse like that in a leg. Im paranoid now over every single thing about my health. Read something about blood clots. Oh god the diabetic coma couldnt kill me Years of substance and booze abuse didnt kill me A little twitch will. Oh god im doomed

@saulgoodman A guy can't be too careful after a scare like that. The stroke that took my ability to walk unassisted for 10 days last year has made me a little more conscious of things like that.

@JolietJake God almighty. You had a stroke and I was in a coma. Poetic justice lol. I couldnt walk either. Or see. Are you ok now?

Not wanting to worry you but Michael J Fox's Parkinsons started off with a twitch that wouldn't stop. I read his autobiography of how his finger started to twitch in a hotel room and he ended up bashing it over and over with the Gideon's Bible to make it stop - but it wouldn't. I doubt it's anything to worry about though. I get a twitching nerve next to my eye that drives me mad now and again, but it's not painful. Just see how it goes.

@saulgoodman Yes, I agree with your wife on this. Get it checked out, hopefully put both your minds at rest.

It could be that you accidentally bumped it somewhere . Maybe the bruise will be showing a few days .

I once knew a woman who had something like that on her leg and the pain grew bigger until they had to amputate it. It also can be just a nerve that´s blocked. That has happened to me lots of times. I only stay focused on something and the ailments disappear

It might be restless leg syndrome. I have RLS at times. It's an annoying feeling where you feel like you have to move your legs. Mostly it happens once your body is relaxed.
