Kevin Patra reports the news on Saturday Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay is optimistic the team can still make it to the playoffs despite their two wins and four losses start in the 2016 National Football League season.
The Colts are currently in last place in the American Football Conference South Division standings which is two games behind the Houston Texans who have a four wins and two losses record this year.
The weakness of the Colts this year is the fact that their defense has not able to close out games in their recent loss in overtime to the Houston Texans last Sunday evening by a final score of 26-23.
Irsay is confident that Colts head coach Chuck Pagano and general manager Ryan Grigson will be able to turn the fortunes around from losing games they should have won to wins beginning with their opponent the Tennessee Titans who have a regular season record of three wins and three losses in a game that will be played on Sunday October 23, 2016 at Nissan Stadium in Nashville Tennessee.
