Last week I had participated in a lab test sponsored by the Pharmacy close to our house. It cost merely five dollars on eight different medical test. I don't remember the other test that was there, because I was focusing on my uric update since I started taking the medication which I got four months ago.
Fasting wasn't easy though and it was raining hard that time, but I was able to have my blood test.
Finally, after the results, I was given a free check up from a doctor and told me that everything was NORMAL
I'm happy that my time for eating vegetables had finally paid off.

Anything that doesn't include beans like @Ayuriny but mostly leafy greens like mustard greens and bok choi.

Congratulations! Health is wealth and it is a good thing that your body is in good condition. I don't eat vegetable much. It is expensive especially if there are calamities.

@annierose Either they are using it as an excuse or it has already affected by crops or they are just getting advance payments to prepare for the typhoon.

I guess I need a check up too. I haven't gone on a checkup for almost 4 years now. Although I don't feel anything, it's better to be safe than sorry.

The pharmacies are promoting free checks up now, not sure in your place. But in my case I started out with the Lab test and then the free check up the week after @rymebristol

I didn't think it was that much important because the uric problem was just a big hit to me @quantum2020 I guess this time Im going to continue doing this diet.

Thank you @louievill Im glad it is normal. But maybe the doctors thinks it's the blood vessels or roots must be the problem so she still gave me vitamin supplements.

It is wonderful news, @Happy2BeMe but I might get a second opinion to our family doctor. The results says I was healthy.
