What to do if people start using you for money?

Sometimes, their can be some friends or relatives who take you for granted when it comes for money matters. They expect a lot from you. Demands can be small or big...anything. what to do in such situation?

I haven't experienced that. I give my money to my mom. She can do anything that she wants with my money. I have two jobs and my salary for my full-time job all goes to mom. I just keep my money for my part-time job. Mom told me I can keep it for my travel. If my sisters ask for help regarding my money, I help them but not much. It is important for them to realize that it is important to work hard and save money too.

It's ok to help but sometimes people start taking it for granted and start using. What if your mom spends all your money, won't you mind it?

@shaynas No, I won't mind it. I am here where I am now because of her. I have my own savings too. My money also save some of the money I have been giving to her. I trust my mom's way of budgeting our money.

I think sometimes we have to play along and the work on our own ways. so it's hard not to get used by people. thats how we do the job and business too.

be smart..sometimes people abused us for being kind. know where to stand and if you think that those people are just taking advantage of you then say "No".

I agree that we should say NO, but sometimes people in the subject are close ones and its hard.

Which is why I am very choosy with friends. But there was a time long ago that I didn't realize I was doing that. Sure learn a lot from those mistakes.

I think it is best thing to do to people who use you. But sometimes, it's not possible especially when people in matter are close ones!!

@shaynas Again its you who knows that person very well. It is up to you to determine whether the money you are spending on that person is worth the value of that person in your life.
