We call them "gyoza" in Japan. I like them a lot. But it takes a long time to make them! My favorite has ground meat and garlic and ginger.

i bought ready-to-cook dumplings from the supermarket for a change. might try it this week. of course, home-made is better like yours.
what seasoning did you use? do you buy the wrapper? are you going steam or fry those dumplings?

There are many kinds of how to eat dumplings. I most like to eat steamed dumplings. Dumpling stuffing I just put a peanut oil, salt and soy sauce. The more simple the more delicious. I hope you also eat authentic dumplings.

I have never had dumplings but I am definitely going to give them a try sometime. They look delicious. I am not sure what I am going to have for dinner yet.
