I am researching laws concerning fatal accidents involving workers in australian coal mines, i.e. who bears the blunt of responsibility when a worker is fatally injured while onsite or being transported to or from work place or a home being furnished by a coal company, [ coal camp housing, single personel housing,etc.]especially in or around queensland,au. particulary in middlemount and surrounding coal mines.My understanding is that workers are covered from door to door if they are in company veheicles.
