Diwali is here and Indians all over the world are busy preparing for the festivities. I admire the Indian culture although I don't have any Indian friend. Perhaps my Indian Friends her on my lot will be kind enough to share some simple recipes.

My daughter is currently dating an Indian....of course he didn't grow up on a reservation or anything so don't know if he knows of the traditional foods or not. I'm thinking they might be too spicy for me.

I like trying foreign food, of course it is also including Indian food. The curry dish is very delicious.

@mosherii,I am an Indian and am grateful to you for accepting me as your friend.May I ask you where you are you from?Yes,Diwali is round the corner. We will be celebrating the festival on Sunday. So far as sharing recipes is concerned,I'd like to tell you that I have been a big zero in cooking. As a boy I never tried to learn the skill. However now I feel I should have learned the skll from my mother and sisters. Will try to learn it soon.LOL!!
