Is Radhanagar Beach the most clean beach in Asia?

Times of India in the last 5 years rated Radhanagar Beach in Havelock Island the best and most clean beach in Asia. But there are competitors like Beaches of Pattaya, Coral Island and beaches of Beruwala in Sri Lanka. So I wonder whether Radhanagar Beach is still the best.
