The science has taught us to be rich but not human beings

The flood, famines and other natural calamities have left the people exposed to food shortages, starving, and even suicides. Added to lthis wars, international conflicts, nuclear warfare, business rivalry, forced the people to live in miserable conditions.
In spite of the technological development, the number of people suffering from is increasing day by day. The countries like Sudan, Central Africa, Syria, and Haiti are experiencing hunger more than before and are facing the shortage of food .
Funds that are being collected to save them are proved to be insufficient.
Besides Scientific and Technological development it is our failure to look at the practicality of things that has left these people to face this miserable condition
We are unable to understand the effect of donations. We need not be rich to donate. It is sufficient to donate a small amount of affection to these people transcending the regional and international feelings.

Good topic. As a design engineer, I'd argue the other way. It is because we have not properly interfaced technological development with heavy industry & infrastructure building, that the people are suffering. What we see now as "technology", toys for the wealthy, or those in privileged countries, is not really benefiting people as a whole. Those that have such things are not really benefiting by them, but are suffering in many ways because of them - & most are not even aware! I believe your President, who has allied India closely with all the other BRICS countries, has a grand plan for infrastructure development, linking India via high-speed rail & high-speed shipping to the rest of the world. The problem is getting parliament to universally agree on anything. Cheap or free water, energy, transport and other infrastructure will lift Indian people out of poverty faster than anything & the money is already taken care of by China's infrastructure development banks.
The problem with donations, is that they never reach the place nor people where they're needed, & many donors are aware of this. There is only one exception that I've been provided with & that is President Modi's own Fund, which accepts international donations.

It is so scary. I wonder why people live where they do, but maybe they have no choice.

Can't agree more with your points. Technology has given us money and comforts but we have lost some human values which make us humans.
