Movie Review: "Soul Surfer"

I like inspiring tales and one that I find worth mentioning is "Soul Surfer" which is the real life tale of Bethany Hamilton - a girl who loved surfing and was on her way to winning prestigious surfing awards and really going somewhere with her sport when a shark attacked her. While she did manage to survive the attack, the shark removed one of the Bethany's arms and did other damage as well, but instead of giving up her passion of surfing she fought it out and retuned to competitive surfing with a great attitude - relying on God and her faith and family to help her get by.
This is a movie with a great message and uplifting story - I hope you get the chance to watch it.

@FayeHazel I do like surfing movies and shark movies.I think I will take a look at this.Recently I watched The Shallows,on the
recommendation of @Ghostdmo .I liked it.Have you watched that mivie?

I saw Soul Surfer. Well done with a fine cast. More well known actors than you usually see in a Christian based movie.

I need to quit thinking while I read these. I was going to say, didn't she keep surfing, but you covered that.
