While waiting for the washing machine buzzer, I saw our broomstick which became so short after being used for so long. So to make it user-friendly to avoid backache stooping while sweeping, I attached an old mop wooden handle to it. Upon looking at my "project," I thought it's timely for the Halloween; I got a witch's broomstick! So let's fly, up, up and away!

Then it could complete a halloween get up of a witch for the Halloween . That's a nice way to sweep those leaves because you don't have to bend in order to sweep them.

Yes, and I feel like a janitor because the janitor in our elementary school used this kind of broomstick to sweep the leaves!

Our eco aide here uses that all the time, and I'm thinking of buying one in the future. We had like that once but the stick had gotten loose.

@acelawrites Hmmm, maybe I should just buy a broom and put a strong stick on it.

I just had fun making it. It makes me so happy seeing something got accomplished while I am doing other things; multitasking!

I used to tell my students that I rode my broomstick to school on Halloween. They believed me! Lol!

It was just accidental that I thought about that "witch's broomstick" upon finishing the project. I am fond of recycling things instead of buying new ones; so I can still use that broomstick longer.
