Dolphin Sightings From Our Balcony

The weather was so nice at the beach that we spent some time just sitting on the balcony of our condo and watching the surfboarders and the DOLPHINS playing right near us. It was so pleasant to sit out on the balcony in the mornings with a cup of coffee or in the evenings with a glass of wine. There are also boat trips that are available. You can take a “Sea Adventures” boat trip. It’s a 65-ft catamaran to see the dolphins, whales and other sea wildlife. But, we didn’t have to go out on the boat. We could see the dolphins from our balcony. The fishing pier is also within view of our balcony and there were lots of fishermen out on the pier every day. There were also museums in the area but we didn’t get to any of them on this trip. The area has some very unique Historic Houses. And for those who are more adventurous, there are zip lines and other things to do at The Adventure Park at Virginia Aquarium. One evening we just stayed in and played some games. We were tired from our day. Have you ever played “Scattergories?” We also played a couple card games. “Back Alley” and “Fantan.” I had to teach the others how to play those games, but they are not difficult to learn.
