The Legend of Tarzan

Last night my husband and I sat and watch the new movie of The Legend of Tarzan. This stars Alexander Skarsgard (he played in True Blood as Eric Nortman and he is a hot looking guy), Margot Robbie (she played in Suicied Squars as Harley Quinn) and Samuel L. Jackson.
It was a pretty good movie. I think it tells the story pretty well with out all the Disney fluff that we are use to. I enjoyed it ans not because their was a good looking guy they had pretty good actors and the story moved fast but not to fast.

I never grow tired of a good Tarzan movie. Although my favorite actor to play the role was Johnny Weissmuller, I have watched my fair share of remakes and enjoyed most of them.

I haven't seen that version. I do like the Disney version from when I was little.

The movie did well in overseas box office but bombed in the US.

Maybe movie audiences are getting tired of the heroes of the past like Tarzan and The Lone Ranger.

The crites are always tough but the views always seem to lie,the bombers in the box office. I don't like basing my movie watching choices off those box office numbers and stuff. Some times they are spot on. The newer Fantastic four was a tanker so bad.

Never say that one. I liked these actors better the some they normally would get but it's hard to like all of the live actor Disney movies that keep doing.
